Emerald green bead with eye decorations made with inset monochrome and two-colour cane cross sections. Common throughout Mali and neighbouring territories; curiously, no reports of them being found in other sites. They were probably produced locally, perhaps from imported canes, but the lack of other traces doesn’t provide conclusive proof.
