Strand of forty large mosaic eye beads with circular cross section cane insets (mourfia fakurun) found in an archaeological site at Takamba (Hombori) together with other beads that denote the high social and economic levels of the site’s inhabitants. A gold dinar came to light at the same site, and is a copy of an eighth-century Abbasid coin (Find IX).
